he is wearing a mask wich is used for fixing stuff with blow torch to hide his face and he gave up on his last job (mob hunter) now he is a bar man and his name is FLIPARA and his body is beeing corrupted (sorry for the with blow torch part its a glitch that didnt let me press space bar)
