Allays were once known as the Anemoi, a primordial race from my friend's lore of Minecraft. They were basically angel-like people with large wings and lived in the Aether, a bright and colorful dimension with floating islands and full of life. They are the reason that the undead burn when the sun is out. Eventually, after the wars, they became what we know as allays, and the ones corrupted by the pillagers and vindicators became vexes.

On Rovecraft SMP, my friend Isa discovered floating islands in the overworld that contained an origin orb with their powers.
She can fly freely and has natural regeneration. But because of her fragile constitution, she has very weak attacks and is vulnerable to iron.
