No, but then it would be considered an edit. In that case, make sure it is visually different from mine (more than the eye color changed or something small) and credit me in the description.

Hello, I upload the skins that I like so I don't lose them and have a place where I can always see the ones I've liked, something like having a library of skins that I like to use and never lose them. I do not do it with the intention that they think they are mine or anything like that, only to keep them for my personal use in Minecraft.
