The kleptomaniac of the raccoon brothers, Lifty manages to find the five fingered discount on any item. He is also the twin brother of Shifty.

Shifty will be made soon, I really just got to edit the skin of Lifty, and add the hat and boom, Shifty is done and created.

I did not create this character, he is from a series on Youtube, created by, Aubrey Ankrum, Rhode Montijo, and Kenn Navarro.
