Meant to be an underwater/mermaid/drowned/ocean type skin. Yellow hair to match the sandy beach, blue skin to match the ocean/drowned, green dress to match seaweed/kelp/seagrass, grey chains to mimic both rocks/gravel and the chains of being stuck underwater.
