Destruction is a powerful ability to control and a feat in itself to do so. However, it is corrosive on its user. The reason the Master of Destruction has survived so long is because of how naturally bonded he was to his power. The Master of Replication however is not. His use of this power slowly hurts him and corrodes him, physically changing him until he releases this power. It is harmful to him to possess due to its corrosive and corruptive nature.
