bitten by a chemically induced spider, Navillus "Nav" Reckut, first experienced spider powers at school when he was being picked on. His hands began to glow and he pushed the bully. When the bully said it felt as if his chest was on fire, his sister, Bella (water strider) suggested to go to avengers tower. he did, but he was unsure why Bella said to go there. It was there when he discovered he was a spider person. Nav is now a student of avengers academy and is top of his class just like his sister, water strider.
