Containment Enforcement Local Logistics operatives are basically the special forces for the PMC skins (Green Camo guys), and they specialize in eliminating/containing mechanical, biohazard, and supernatural threats

Basically just discount MTF

Uniform design is ‘inspired’ off of 2042’s Russian Mil-sim

The name also sounds the same as Crysis’ 2 and 3’s CELL

I’ll change the description and looks eventually to make it look and sound more original
