Hit show more.

As I'm getting very close to 500 followers, I want to announce that I'll be holding a big Q&A once I hit that milestone!

The submissions are open now, so start asking the questions. I will start to answer them on here as soon as I hit 500, but I'll also answer some them in a video on my YouTube channel.

You can ask about me in real life, minecraft, skins, and anything else you can think of. I won't promise I'll answer every question, because everyone has those things they won't let ANYONE else know lol.

q: what do you like about making skins?
congrats!!! :DD yayyyy *throws confetti
. how did you first heard of the skindex? Was it google, a social media platform or irl friends?
. what’s your fav skin so far?
. what kind of person are you in your friend group?
. Are you a straight A person? <3
. What are your future goals? (Skindex and/or irl)
. Do you enjoy making art irl, and not just skins? If so what do you do :>

anyway that’s it, you don’t have to answer all lmao but again congrats!!! <333333
It's complicated.

I'll have to come back to this

A bit of a lurker. I'd spend more time with them if our schedules didn't clash so much.

I used to be close to one, but now I'm happy to get 70%

Start making YT videos about MX skins and related topics

I want to enjoy it, but I'm horribly shaky, and I have barely any time

Thanks so much Willow!
1. what’s your fav fruit?
2. what’s your fav tv show?
3. what’s your fav year of school and what made it your fav?
4. how would you describe your fav color to a blind person?
5. what book has made you think the most?
6. If you could live somewhere else where would you live?
7. what’s your biggest regret (that you are comfortable sharing)
8. do you have any hobbies besides skinning?
9. ru tired of questions yet? lolz

congrats you absolute dazzler :3
1. Strawberries
2. Eurovision Song Contest. If it has to be a series, then the answer is Kitchen Nightmares, or any border security show
3. 4th year of secondary school (equivalent to 10th grade in the US). This is usually a bit of a chill year already, but 2019-2020 was something else altogether for a reason I think we're all aware of. When the schools first shut down we had barely any live classes, just a few assignments, and for once I actually had a reasonable amount of free time. The year after, by contrast, was absolute hell.
4. Idk, maybe something to do with strength
5. This might sound crazy, but the answer is actually a world atlas. It got me thinking a lot about world climate and wealth.
6. HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE LOL.
7. I'm really not sure
8. Yes, but..
9. I'm running out of spac
Why? That's a perfectly normal and sane question that is totally not overly specific and detailed and therefore worthy of a similarly specific answer...
The movies question is way harder than it should be. I'd say Everest, Gravity, and San Andreas
As for songs, I'd probably say Farius - Forever (Extended MIx)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9Ck6voE0nE
Infected Mushroom & Bliss - Ani Mevushal (no I don't know the lyrics)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEm3bIBN8aQ
Glensk - Pacific Blue (Daniel Kandi's Bangin Mix)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sF30QjUmmkg
congragulations, now I only have one question
Let's say your a random person who just happens to find a strange smell inside of a local school
Would your assumption be that the bodies were murdered in the most horrific ways imaginable and hid in the walls.
Would this be your assumption that you would have made.
Very nice, interesting, and totally normal question. No that would not be my assumption. My assumption would be that the smell was the result of a sewage leak from a hotel about 1km up the river. Of course the school would assume a student set off a stinkbomb and make everyone anonymously write on a piece of paper whether or not they were the culprit. Then when the news comes out that it was actually a sewage leak, the school would announce to the students that "the culprit owned up".

That actually happened in my school when I was 11.
hi! congrats

Geometry Dash

It doesn't take AGES to shade skins in my style, and a lot of people say it looks very realistic. But it doesn't work very well with white or yellow outfits, especially against a pale skin tone. Sometimes the colours look a bit too muted, and the skins don't get as much attention early on as a lot of others and they usually fall off the front page very quickly. Even worse: It's quite common for me to upload a skin, have it get barely any like for the first 24 hours, but then it blows up a day or too later when it's too late to get on that front page...
Eurovision Song Contests. If it has to be a series, then Kithcen Nightmares, or basically any border security show.

Rice Krispies Squares. Especially the chocolate ones.

Bit of a hard one. Long term the answer would probably be Wendover Productions, but recently I've been watching commentary channel like PyroLIVE and SomeOrdinaryGamers a lot. I think EmKay deserves a shoutout too.
Thank you Karly! You deserve to be way past that!

AntVenom, I guess, in a really roundabout way. He made a video showing various different software related to Minecraft, and one of them was a skin editor. But even when that video came out, it would still be a very long time before I started making skins myself

The search function is much better on Skindex. If you search two terms on Skindex, you will only be shown skins that mention BOTH terms. On PMC you'll get skins that mention either term, but may not necessarily have both. I also like that on Skindex you can just copy and paste the tags, and you don't have to type them out manually like on PMC. It saves a lot of time when you're releasing multiple skins that are very similar, but, for example, one is a boy and the other is a girl.
But it is nice that on PMC you can see the sides of the skin, and the two layers, in the previews. You're more discoverable on there, since skins are shown in order of upload time, and while typing out all the tags is ***bersome, you can have a LOT more of them on PMC than on Skindex (By that I mean actual clickable tags, not just keywords in the description). PMC also supports 128x skins, which Skindexe does not. That's quite a niche feature, but it's nice to have.
And that's before we even START with the editors!

Well one kid think they are heartless creatures, but I firmly disagree. Giraffes, like every long boi, are very very nice! Not quite Boeing 757-300 with Rolls Royce RB211 turbofan engines nice, but still nice!

Thanks again Karly! You're so kind!
Yoo congratulations!!! You’re so close!!!

Was there anyone who made/makes skins that inspired *you* to make skins? If so, who and why?

What is something you are thankful for on this platform and what is something you’re thankful for on PMC?

opinions on giraffes?

Congrats again! You’re halfway to 1k
