Nia Teppelin

Nia is a character from the anime Gurren Lagann.

The main draw of this skin for me is the hair, what a surprise. It consists of two distantly related colors and is somewhat cloud-like. It doesn't use a particular pattern or shading style, I just tried my best to make it look swirly and cloudy.

The character is normally very thin, but debuts with a regal cape that covers her shoulders and some of her sides. That helped with the design, since the skin template is pretty bulky even on Slim. Other iterations of the character were available, but they either had a lot of blending colors, removed the hair challenge, or didn't represent the character all that well, i.e. the Anti-Spiral suit.
