Ixarion - Powered / Contained

Ixarion is the 3rd Guardian of Duality... He is the most powerful out of himself, Zero, and Dark, due
to the fact that he has the power to alter reality itself to his whim. Miraculously, The DCF was somehow able to contain him only a few minutes after he had woken up...

At the time, The DCF hadn't made the simulations, and so he was imprisoned several levels below the main DCF Base, kept under lock and key, to ensure that he NEVER escapes.

Once the simulations were made though, he was immediately locked up within several thousand layers of simulations...

His hands and feet were bound by special cuffs designed to inhibit his powers, and slow him down, with these simulations being run independently from the main reactor.

Only the highest ranks in the DCF knows of his Existence...
