I've made a terrible decision. To all of my genshin players out there, I've been saving up for Eula. I actually wished on Hu Tao banner and got her so I farmed endlessly. Even with 60% crit rate, she NEVER crits. So, to increase my chances of getting Eula, I tranphered all of Hu Tao's artifacts to Amber. Yep. Lvl 80 Amber. I'm not ok. ;-;
