I tried making my sisters old bedrock Minecraft skin from memory, the shoulder pads are an inside joke we have that started when parrots were added to Minecraft and she said "Look, I have two blue shoulders on my shoulders!" instead of "Look, I have two blue parrots on my shoulders!" and the name for the skin was from her old username of basically anything and everything she use to be able to name
