Pavel Dementiev was another member of the Komarov Crime Family in the late 1980s in Miami. There he met Alek Malyshev and they became partners when they returned to Moscow in 1989. Since Alek became Bratva underboss, he stayed by his side as one of his bodyguards and his right-hand man. His current appearance belongs to Research level from Hunter: Snowfall, a Hotline Miami fanfic written by THELEGOMack.
