A new OC of mine with some bright blue-green hair. She is looking rather dapper in her black suit and red tie. One strand of white hair contrasts against the rest reminiscent of Wilbur Soot's revived look. These gradients were done by hand, and took FOREVER. Very proud of this creation. <3
