He isn't from the multiverse with only perceptors he was made in the multiverse that has arcanes perceptors Steve's and more but because he was trying to break a dimensional barrier to find more perceptors it worked but not how he wanted it to work he got teleported to a multiverse of perceptors but the rift wasn't strong enough and it was to small to last forever so it closed on him after entering and now he is trying to reopen the rift and make it stay at his lab / mansion
