my attempt at recreating what i think wilburs phantom skin would look like. its not the best but hopefully its still good.

wilbur: he has purple grey skin with markings that simulate his spine and ribs (not shown but my headcannon). he wears a grey blue sweater with red strips on the arms and vinyl print of his bone markings. ripped jeans, red beanie. dark blue hair.
