Fushoku lives on a planet that is known as the intergalactic waste bin. The planet is coated in tons of scrap metal from spaceships, useless parts, and rusted materials.

Fushoku is part of a group of people who are known as the scrap hunters. They go around the planet gathering and stealing scrap to build a rocket large enough to carry all the members of the group off of the planet.

The planet has a lot of toxic gases in the air around massive scrap heaps, so it is important to wear protective gear when hunting.
