Neo Phantom

I have always had this character called the "Neo Android" which is one of my first OC's. It was meant to be like some sort of superhero-type character. Of course, if you have a superhero, they have to fight a villain. This is that villain. The Neo Phantom was once a great robotics engineer and creator of the Neo Android, but after tragedy struck, he went insane, and created the Neo Phantom suit, using a similar power core that the Neo Android uses, but now it's used to commit heinous crimes. Now the Neo Android has to fight their own creator, in hopes of bringing back the talented inventor they once knew and loved.
