our wonderful little half-dragon banker. the head of the entire economy on the USMP, but is scared of pretty much anything. also really bad at spying

forgot abt this skin for a while but when bots started harassing me i got it up and finished it
pretty proud of the legs! a bit sad that i could exactly do the horns but thats ok i think
