If you didn't see this already, I got you a to do list if you want just to keep you busy.
Things you can put on your list to keep you busy: Water bucket, Stick, Enchanted golden apple (if possible), Raw ores, Magma cream, Rotten flesh, Bone, Gun powder, Bow (may be too big), Maybe some of the tools with certain materials, Wheat, Meat foods, Glow stone dust, and Fire charge. This should keep you a while, I'll make you more when you are done.
