Pumpkin Magic

WELL, first of all, I was working with very pastel colors this skin, including yellow, lavender, and peach so it turned out extra "glittery" in the end. really what makes it "shine" like that, is hue-shifting to lighter colors, but keeping it's vibrancy. In this skin, I shifted my lavender to pinks, and my orange to yellows and whites, which in particular shined more than my other skins. BUT, just choosing bolder, pastel colors and hue-shifting to lighter, but still bold colors is what I basically did here. Shading blonde hair in my style also tends to be in very bright, yellow hues, eventually even using white (sometimes), and having that brighter hair kinda helps the whole skin look brighter lol. ANYWAYS, idk if that was a great explanation but I tried! hope it somewhat helped :')

I have a question. How do you manage to make your shading look... glittery? It literally looks like it's emitting light. Any tips?
