Dr. Timor was a scientist that had the job of keeping Bob company. When The Reckoning happened, he was locked inside with Bob. Bob of course didn't touch him, but the chemicals still hovering in the air of the facility were making him hallucinate, mutate, and gain inhuman abilities. He turned into a monster and managed to break out Bob's facility, freeing Bob in the process. Dr. Timor was infected so much that the ground to him was a liquid. He could phase into and out of solid surfaces. He could also stand on something in any orientation possible. He could stand on the ceiling, the walls, and the floor like a normal person.
