Hello,
This was originally for a sweets themed contest that I was too late for.

I was going for peppermint from the red and white but it did end up reminding me of a circus; hence the name. I added dots on the hair and socks/shoes/footwear(idk what it's supposed to be) to make it fit the sweet theme.
And a tutu style skirt cz why not
