Not to proud with this.. I did try new hair, which I actually really like! thoughts?

How do other people start making skins? I usually make the outfit first, but I'm wondering if that makes my skins worse because the skin and hair never really go with the outfit. welp.

okay I gotta go to school now bye :D

Ooh I really like that method. :D Keep making amazing skins Dusky! (If I can call you that)
Yeah, sure, you can call me that!
:D
i love the hair, the gradients so coollll

i normally start with the face, then i go to the hair and i also do the outer layer details on the hair after i shade it, and then i do the clothing. but i also try to kind of pick colors for the clothing that match with the hair, for example, pink and blue. blue eyes w/ pink hair might match well, so i could do a pink shirt with blue overalls. i hope you got that-
yea I got that-

But cool idea! :D
I love the soft purple. And the gradient. And the bow. <3

I usually block out the skin with the main colors first, then add any outer layer details before adding gradients and shading. But when shading, I do all spots of similar color at the same time in order to save time. If that makes sense.
