Oh, that's ok! I can tell you. HB is short for Hair base, and OB is short for outfit base. Also, a request basically goes like this: Someone asks another person to make them a skin on skindex, and that person tells the other person what they want the Hair base, outfit base, or full skin to look like. Next the other person makes them the skin/outfit base/hair base, and uploads it onto skindex for them to use. I hope this helped :)
