He wears a white shirt with round sleeves, shirt of wich is covered by a purple vest with golden buttons.
He is also wearing a cravat(fancy). Above it all ,(outerlayer) he wears a large blue tailcoat, to make him even more stylish. Now, i would make him wear a red cape but i am not aware of how that could be done, so.... i just didnt.

Also worth to note ; he has a beak-like mouth, although its hard to spot.
