OKAY THEME IS DRAGON
make a skin inspired by a dragon- I don't care what cultures interpretation of a dragon you use as long as the theme is there and I can see it

I would prefer no pixel art but It doesn't matter 2 much just makes yours harder to judge against others

also I dont care if you are doing a human dragon hybrid
