This is a fanon skin design of Schlatt, mixing his mc skin, how he looks in real life, fan designs, and his goat icon. Also, it is not a mouth, that is a mustache. I didn't know how to make that "two rats kissing" mustache without it looking awkward, so I went with the broom. the white/beige ends of his hair and ears are supposed to be from his goat icon.
