The plagued were those who sought to overthrow Aquatica for their own gain and power. These rebels were exiled to the ward and suffered a fate worse then death. Exposed to The Warping their skin became diseased, they were mentally driven to insanity they. Now they wander through the chambers and halls of the ward looking for release from their despair.
