These are the results for my 180 follower reshade contest. Seems like most of the longrunners weren’t here this time, but some new ones have come along instead!

1st: EleanorRose
Wow Ele, this is simply amazing. You did really well on pretty much every single part. I especially love the effects on the hat. They give it a stained or aged look, which is really cool

2nd: CarlsonsLoveGold
You also did pretty much all the parts really well. I really like the lightsourcing effect on the pants. I’m not quite in love with how you changed the palette, but the skin is still fantastic!

3rd: eclxpseshqtter
How did you think this would get disqualified? Yeah, you changed the palette A LOT, but that was so the skin fits in with your desaturated/pastel style. I think the shading on the pants and boots is a bit faint, but everything else looks great.

I really like your lightsourcing effects. They’re a bit gradient-y so it’s not quite as impressive as some of the more advanced ones, but it still looks good. You did great on the hair as well. The main thing I’d change would be the elbows and knees, they shouldn’t really be darker than the space between the legs, or the space between the arms and torso.

5th: melons
Brrrr! That looks brutal alright! I won’t lie, love the snow you added. Clearly you put a lot of effort into the shading as well, to the point that it looks a bit overdetailed and cluttered. This isn’t a skin you’d expect to see on the front page, but it still has a lot going for it.
