saw this skin ( https://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/20127062/gold-warrior--removable-helmet-/) and thought the concept was pretty cool. im not good at making warriors, or skins in general, but i think this turned out well.

go to Skin Customization in settings and you can take the helmet off by messing around with the hat one (added a cape that can be removed using the jacket one)
