Same face syndrome

Same Face Syndrome is when an artist only draws one face for multiple/all characters, erasing a form of uniqueness from their art, almost always unintentionally.

Now that the definition is out of the way, why am I making a post about it? Well, I'm trying to point out a huge flaw in many skin-creators work I see very often. Same Face Syndrome is extremely common with Minecraft skins, but it doesn't have to be. I will admit, I've fallen victim to this too, it's difficult to add variety to an eight-by-eight square but is there's a will, there's always a way.

Don't be afraid to switch things up! It's okay to make mistakes, you just must grow and work around them.
