retiring an old persona from a while ago and making it into an oc now

finally, the long-overdue second version of this skin.
kept it mostly similar to the og but added the goggles and cape that I wanted for a 2.0. of this skin, and some other minor changes like changing the purple to blue.
and now, instead of the crimson hat, it’s the crimson goggles!
