name change

I decided to change my name (both skindex and PMC) mainly because the name "Shakology" didn't feel like a name I wanted to be associated with anymore. I also developed a new skin style I tried on my persona. Also added some slight changes to the outfit and such.

- added "shaved" haircut
- green collar on the shirt
- garter with white jewel on left leg
- high heel boots with descending length front to back with green laces
- folds at the bottom of overalls
