The Cleansing Foam upgrade (or 0/3/0 Engineer, for those of you who've memorized every upgrade in BTD6), now as a Minecraft Skin, ready to clean and pop bloons.

He has his trusty Foam Tank, his Lab Coat, and his Hard Hat.

I used ONLY colors on the original image from BTD6, so he doesn't have eyebrows. A small price to pay for his hard hat.
