The half-blood was protecting his family from an explosion which burned the right side of his body and singed his hair. When he recovered, he saw his new look as more proof that he doesn't need to hide himself if he wants to help others. Now able to show the world of who he really is, he has become more comfortable showing his horns and his chest scare.
