To tell the truth, I am not sure what it is, but maybe they are ornaments. You can do whatever you want with them.
Ty I started shading them but then I got worried that everyone else would shade it to look like something and I made it look weird...

IM SUUPER SORRY BUT WHAT ARE THE THINGS ON HER HEAD? I assumes they were goggles and like space buns on the back of her head but I don't wanna mess it up!
