He was a demon that was a big fan of Mr. Bob. When he approached Mr. Bob, he thought Fred was attacking him, so he cut off Fred's hands and legs. Fred then explained himself, and Mr. Bob apologized and replaced the body parts. Fred is now Mr. Bob's best friend and ally.
