'tis june 5th :]
non-binary refers to any gender identity that is not always, solely, 100% male or female. this includes genderfluid, agender, demigender, and many others, although some people identifying with those terms may prefer not to be labelled as non-binary. of course, it's also valid to only identify as non-binary. also, not all non-binary people use they/them pronouns! the pronouns someone uses is up to them and doesn't have to be determined by their gender :)
non-binary also falls under the category of transgender, though not all non-binary people would prefer to be called trans.
i'll talk about some of the more common non-binary identities on later skins :)
