Hello!

This character was also supposed to wear a skirt,
but so were the rest of these last 5, so I'm not going to have them all wear skirts. Also, Vickie was supposed to have longer hair, because now 41, 42, and 43 all have kind of short hair. This was very quick, it took less than 30 minutes to make.
