One of the 3 Aquamarine Steve Elites. Cliff is a brave and calm person. He generally helps out in the Kingdom of the Last Steves, but he does go out from time to time to explore and gather resources. Cliff is a good fighter and is good with a bow and arrow. Good enough with a bow, that he could kill Ace with ease. Cliff and Louis are close friends and wouldn't be able to live in a world where one of them are dead.
