Louis is one of the 3 Aquamarine Steve Elites. Louis is from Circle and Triangle Steve's universe. When Circle and Triangle returned to their universe, they went out looking for answers of their creator, The Soul Eater. And they ended up reviving their brother Square Steve to get these answers, but made a huge mistake. The Steve Leader (A Red Steve that rules all the Base Colored Steves because all the other leaders were killed), having made peace with the two, sent Louis to help them on their quest to find more answers of the Soul Eater and to stop the now undead Square Steve.
