Hello and welcome to my No outer layer challenge/contest.
I've chosen this cause I was really bored.

Important thing:
* Anyone can join but I've sent some invites to some people so if you haven't gotten an invitation that's ok! you can join anyways! invite some people if you feel like it.

-Rules!-
*Don't steal other peoples work
*You can make anything! doesn't have to be the same prompt I or others made!
*Don't need that much detail but can have as much detail you want but please don't do just a plain skin like just black, white, and etc.
*As the name suggests; No outer layer!

-Now that you've read the Important thing and rules, I'll let you know the prizes!-
*First: Follow and likes on all skins!
*Second: Follow and likes on half of your skins
*Third: Likes on a quarter of your skins

-When you finish the skin put the tag: BadLuxxNoLayer
