Quirk: Cursed Flame

Description: Wielder can produce a green flame from their body that can burn infinitely on any surface, even water. It gives off an eerie light and feels cold to the touch, even though it still burns those that touch it.

Drawbacks: The body can only take so much heat (or in this case, cold) so the wielder can only use it for so long. One can condition their body to increase this time, however.
