the condensed fear and regret of the original sky king, finally raining down on all underneath it. he does not have any allies, however most think that he doesn’t need any due to his incredible strength.
he fights like an actual storm, enveloping himself in a miniature hurricane.

but other than his appearance, storm steve has basically nothing to do with sky steve.

the two never knew each other, only hearing rumours from other people.
