Step 1. Fill in the whole body and arms with the shirt color.

Step 2. Put the same blue but a little darker around the arms.

Step 3. In the middle of the arms, put a darker spot there, and inside the arms.

Step 4. Put a lighter than the pixels you just filled in on the outside of the arms and body and get inside the body to.

If it looks like this, *Clap* *Clap* Good job! And this is a FTU shirt for any skin! Just give credit!
