HOW IT WORKS
- i spin a random colour for you to base a skin on
- other colours may be used but the picked colour must be the main one (skin/hair colours exempted)
- you must create a full skin (no bases allowed)

other stuff:
- DUE DATE IS NOW JULY 15TH <3
- no stealing entries
- hueshifting is allowed
- tag it "randomcc300"
- comment for a colour when u want x)
