it’s a wippoo

i wanted to do simpler shading for this.
i wanted to do a similar arm shading style as my last skin.
and then i started lightsourcing this skin.

note for me; ignore:
- finish legs
- lightsource skirt even though i hate lightsourcing skirts now
- lightsource belt if that’s even possible-
- lightsource shoes
- finish back of jacket
- bring back white bow at back of head
