What Final Steve once thought to be the worst part of his own mind was actually his counterpart. With powers to destroy and show the true form of something, is True Steve. Steves thought that the prophecies were about Final Ending all. But he just made things right before destruction, nothing is the truest form of anything. True Steve and Final were made when Ending Steve (one of the 4 Creators) Split.
